Senior Pastor Juan Marchelle Goodson

Senior Pastor

Lead Shepherd · Preaching & Teaching · Church Vision

Pastor Juan Marchelle Goodson is a man of genuine compassion with a heart for God, service to God’s people, and a sincere thirst for souls. He is focused on developing next-generation leaders with integrity, stability, and a passionate love for Jesus Christ. He serves as the Lead Pastor of Restoration Ministries in Charlotte, North Carolina. Pastor Goodson also serves as District Superintendent of the C.E. Anderson, Sr. Fellowship District and as Jurisdictional Chief Adjutant for the North Carolina Second Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction under the leadership of Bishop S. E. Powell, Jr. With years of service spanning decades, he has ministered across music and arts, teaching, administration, and church operations, bringing both spiritual conviction and practical excellence. He is a graduate of Clark-Atlanta University with a degree in Business Administration (Finance). Pastor Goodson is a strong advocate for family and often serves alongside his wife, Pastor J. Nicole Goodson, and their daughters, Jazmin and Jayda. He is committed to Spirit-led ministry that restores lives through God’s Word, prayer, and practical discipleship.

Pastor Nicole serves alongside Pastor Juan with a heart for worship, prayer, and compassionate ministry. She is passionate about helping people grow deeper in God’s presence, strengthening families, and building a culture of love, excellence, and service throughout the church.

Youth & Children Ministry Leader

Creates safe, engaging spaces where children and youth can learn God’s Word and build real faith. Leads age-appropriate teaching, discipleship moments, and family-centered ministry support.

Prayer & Intercession Leader

Strengthens the prayer life of the church through intercession, encouragement, and spiritual coverage. Oversees prayer services, prayer requests, and a culture of faith-filled agreement.

Outreach & Evangelism Leader

Leads community outreach with compassion and purpose — connecting practical service to the message of Jesus. Coordinates ministry projects, local partnerships, and evangelism initiatives.

Media & Technology Director

Oversees livestreaming, media production, and digital engagement for Restoration Ministries. Leads the systems and creative workflow that help the church communicate clearly, worship smoothly, and reach beyond the room.

Hospitality

Missionary Kim Amory

Hospitality Team Leader

Creates an atmosphere where guests feel seen, valued, and welcomed from the first hello. Leads greeting and hospitality efforts with warmth, organization, and a servant-leader spirit.
