Delete Your Restoration Ministries Account

Restoration Ministries provides a Restoration Ministries mobile app for members and ministry participants. You may request permanent deletion of your Restoration Ministries app account and the personal account data stored with that account.

Account deletion is processed by a Restoration Ministries administrator after the request is received and verified. This website form notifies the church for review. It does not automatically delete an account when the form is submitted.

Delete Your Account in the App

In the Restoration Ministries app, account removal is requested through Settings. There is no self-service button that immediately deletes the account.

1. Open the Restoration Ministries app and sign in.
2. Open My Restoration, then open the Account and notifications card with Open Settings. You can also open Account from the More area.
3. In the Account management section, review Account removal, which directs you to contact a Restoration Ministries administrator to request account removal.
4. Submit the web request on this page, or contact Restoration Ministries through Connect With Us, so an administrator can verify and process the deletion.

Request Deletion From the Web

Google Play requires a way to request account deletion outside the app. Use the form below to send a deletion request to Restoration Ministries. Provide enough information for the church to identify your app account. An administrator will review the request before any deletion is completed.

Never submit your password through this form.

What Gets Deleted

When a Restoration Ministries administrator completes app account deletion, the current application process removes:

• Your ability to sign in to the Restoration Ministries app
• Your app profile information and username registration
• Private My Restoration content tied to your account, including sermon notes, saved messages, media progress, private prayer list items, journal entries, goals, and Bible reading state and bookmarks
• Personal notes stored with your member account
• Your profile photo, if one was uploaded
• Notification preferences and device registrations associated with the account
• App access assignments tied to the account, such as department permissions

Information That May Be Retained

Personal app-account data is distinct from church and ministry records. After account deletion, Restoration Ministries may retain:

• Security and administrative records related to account management and the deletion itself
• Records of the account request or deletion processing needed for administration and accountability
• Church and ministry records you may have submitted separately, such as prayer requests, contact or connect-card submissions, visitor information, announcements, events, sermons, and similar ministry records

Those ministry records are not erased automatically when an app account is deleted. If you have a separate question about information submitted through the church website, see the Privacy Policy.

Processing and Verification

Restoration Ministries may need to verify a deletion request before processing it so that another person cannot maliciously delete someone else’s account. Verification may include confirming account ownership details you provide in the request.

After verification, an administrator completes the deletion in the Restoration Ministries app administration tools. Submitting this web form alone does not finish the deletion.

Delete Specific Data Without Deleting Your Account

You can remove some personal content in the app without deleting your entire account, including:

• Individual sermon notes in My Notes
• Saved messages
• Private prayer list entries
• Journal entries
• Goals
• Bible bookmarks
• Personal notes in Account settings
• Your profile photo from My Profile
• Notification category preferences in Settings / Account and notifications

Clearing all media viewing progress without deleting the account is not offered as a separate in-app action.
