Message and request fields are free-text. They may contain personal, family, spiritual, health-related, or other details that you voluntarily choose to share. Please share only what is needed for ministry follow-up.

The church website may also use limited rate-limiting and abuse-prevention checks while a form is submitted. This website uses Google Analytics, which may collect usage information according to Google’s own practices. The site may also load fonts and embedded or linked third-party content described below.

Public forms on this website do not accept file attachments.

Restoration Ministries does not sell personal information.

Limited information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the website, including hosting, database, email-delivery, SMS-delivery, analytics, security, and embedded-content providers. Information may also be shared:

Prayer submissions are not automatically shared publicly. Access is limited according to ministry responsibilities and the privacy or contact choices available on the form.

Prayer Requests and Sensitive Information

Prayer requests may contain personal, family, spiritual, or health-related details that you voluntarily supply. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, banking or payment-card information, passwords, account credentials, government identification numbers, or other information unnecessary for ministry follow-up.

Restoration Ministries limits access to submitted prayer requests according to ministry responsibilities and the choices provided on the form. However, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

Unless a longer retention period is reasonably needed, website submissions are generally retained according to this schedule:

• Prayer Request submissions: generally up to 12 months
• Contact submissions: generally up to 12 months
• Plan Your Visit submissions: generally up to 12 months
• SMS opt-in requests: generally up to 24 months
• Volunteer interest submissions: generally up to 24 months
• QA and test submissions: 30 days or less
• Legal, safeguarding, dispute, security, or operational holds: retained until the hold is released or the matter is resolved

Archiving a record is not the same as permanent deletion. Records may later be deleted or anonymized when no longer required. Notification emails related to submissions may be reviewed under the same general retention process. Information may be deleted earlier after a verified request when no legitimate reason requires continued retention. Some records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for ministry care, safety, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or security.

Retention review is presently a manual church operating process. Automated permanent deletion is not claimed by this policy unless a verified automated process is later introduced.

Security

Restoration Ministries uses reasonable administrative, technical, and access-control measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and the systems that support this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Children’s Privacy

This website is intended for a general audience. Public forms are not designed for independent submission by children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should submit information on behalf of a child. Restoration Ministries does not knowingly seek personal information directly from children under 13 through these forms. If the church learns that such information was submitted without appropriate authorization, it may take steps to delete it.

Third-Party Websites and Embeds

This website may link to or embed services that operate under their own privacy policies, including video and livestream providers such as YouTube and Castr, social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, giving providers such as Givelify, mapping or directions services, analytics providers such as Google Analytics, and hosting or infrastructure providers used to operate the site. Restoration Ministries is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.

Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests

You may contact Restoration Ministries to ask what information you submitted through the website, request a correction, request deletion, or ask questions about this policy. The church may need to reasonably verify identity before fulfilling a request.
